A typical month with Arcadia
Each month centers around a core Arcadia Theme, such as finance, career, health/wellness, spirituality, and relationships. Over the course of four weeks, you and your fellow Arcadians will unpack that month’s theme and have opportunities to apply it to your life.

Each month begins with an in-depth discussion focused on a key Arcadia Theme. These sessions are led by renowned experts in their fields who have depth of knowledge and real-world experience helping leaders accelerate growth by applying these principles. You will walk away with perspective, clarity, and tools that you’ll be challenged to leverage in the weeks ahead.

Meet with your curated small group of peers (matched by leadership stage or interest) to reflect, share, and stay accountable. This is where concept becomes practice through shared learning and support as you aim to apply this month’s Arcadia Theme into your daily life.

Rejoin the entire Arcadia Community for your monthly roundtable, where you have the opportunity to get in the “hot seat” and receive real-time feedback and actionable support from Arcadian Leaders. These lively and supportive discussions enable you to overcome what’s holding you back and accelerate growth.

End the month intentionally by meeting 1:1 with your Arcadia Peer (matched by experience, leadership stage, or interest). This is where you and your peer will discuss what’s working and what’s not, as well as hold each other accountable, as you apply this month’s theme and progress toward your goals.
