    Sam Yarborough is a partnerships and go-to-market leader who has spent her career helping high-growth SaaS companies unlock revenue through strategic relationships. She has led partner strategy, built ecosystem programs from the ground up, and worked alongside some of the most well-known names in the B2B space. Her track record is clear: relationships drive results.

    Sam began to feel the gap so many high-achievers face: outward success without inner alignment. She realized that leadership wasn’t just about metrics and market share. It was about self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead others by first leading yourself.

    Sam helps create space for leaders to grow into the fullest version of who they are - not just as professionals, but as humans. Whether through the Arcadia community, the Friends with Benefits podcast, or a quiet moment in Montana with her family, she’s all-in on building a new kind of leadership. He’s led strategic partner initiatives at companies like Drift, Terminus, Reveal, and currently Knak, earning a reputation across the industry for his generosity, strategic mind, and ability to bring people together while delivering results.

    Jason believes the best leaders are the ones who stay curious, live intentionally, and never stop growing. Arcadia is where he’s pouring that belief into action.

    Together, Jason and Sam are not just business partners. They’re life partners, podcast co-hosts, and co-creators of Arcadia. What started as a dream in the mountains of Montana is now a growing movement of leaders doing the work, together.
